Raw Food Diet - A beginning

The abbrevation of I quit mentioned above will be described below in a crappy non sensical way so all those who are in desire of pure knowledge please leave this blog immediately and may be proceed to CNN or something.

I have hit rock bottom with a flu ( Not Swine flu ) and a cold in my nose. My diet has killed my immune system to such a bad level that I dont even feel like fighting back against those cute cute germs who have proceeded to kill me slowly and slowly with their germ bank and stuff.

They say Cooked food is good for your health and India is a heaven of food , How I love all those tasty tasty cooked foods that used to pass through my ginormous throat to my ginormous stomach delivering me the much needed taste and fatness I always craved upon

But now at 20 years and unhealthy living has shattered my immune system and rendered me useless to world above me so I have taken a decision which wont affect any of you guys but still I want to give my ego a bigger mouth here and say I am leaving cooked food forever and proceeding to a raw food diet .

Now why I hate writing this post becaue, I have done that several times and gone back several times to those tasty tasty delights that fast food offers, my mind has been controlled my multinational companies who pour their magic into their products and have us hooked on. For example I always loved Subway sandwiches no matter , Same goes for Samosas now thats an indian delight but addictions are addictions no matter if they are for Indian food or western food.

Raw food diet will have me just living on juices, Anything non boiled and non killed, So no eggs, No fast food, No bread, No Alchohol ( Oi Baba Daru peetha hai ) and stuff

Now I am not sure if I will be able to control my urges but lets see if this Post can provide the much needed inspiration. By the way Thanks Sunesh ( A boy in my office ) who provided the inspiration to me to start reading again.
