He can see the work himself.Odesk is a major American corporation which has taken away the market from previous leaders like Rentacoder , Get a freelancer, Elance and others.I personally have had better success in Odesk than on Rentacoder. I been on rentacoder since past 3 years and recently switched to ODesk and trust me guys, Odesk is the best corporation to work for.
